Hollow Brick Mould

The hollow brick mould uses high-strength case-hardened steel. With the wiring-cutting process, the clearance is 0.8-1mm. The core of the mold adopts the process of heat treatment with a hardness of 58-62HRC, and the suspension plate is made of imported steel, which makes the mould more wear-resistant and durable.

A flexible design method is adopted in the design of the module. According to the customer's needs, the mould core and pressure plate can be freely replaced. Welding or modular threaded locks are both available.
