  • A:A: Yes. Our moulds have been successfully exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Russia, and many other regions. We have rich experience in export packaging and customs clearance.

  • A:A: As moulds are heavy custom products, we usually do not send physical samples. However, we can provide production videos, finished brick photos, and customer case references of similar moulds.

  • A:A: Yes. We offer comprehensive after-sales support. We provide technical guidance and wearing parts recommendations during usage. Any major quality issues within 1 year will be repaired free of charge.

  • A:A: We support sea freight (most economical) and air freight (for urgent needs). Freight cost is borne by the customer. We can assist with booking and provide full tracking.

  • A:A: Every mould undergoes strict quality inspection including dimensional accuracy, hardness testing, and trial assembly. We provide a mould inspection report before shipment. We guarantee free repair or replacement in case of manufacturing defects.

  • A:A: Standard payment is 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment by T/T. For long-term partners, we are open to more flexible terms such as L/C or D/P.
