A:A: Yes, we strongly support customization. Please provide:
- Brick machine brand and model
- Required brick size and drawings (or clear photos with dimensions)
- Production quantity requirements
We will create a professional mould design drawing for your approval before production.
A: Our current stable monthly capacity is 250+ sets of moulds, which allows us to handle large and long-term orders reliably.
A:A: Standard production lead time is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and final drawing confirmation. For urgent orders, we can negotiate to shorten it to 25-35 days.
A:A: Our moulds are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel (Cr12, Cr12MoV, etc.) with professional heat treatment. They feature high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Under normal working conditions, one set of moulds can produce 80,000 to 150,000 blocks (lifespan depends on brick machine type, raw material formula, and maintenance).
