A:Factors affecting delivery time:
Materials need to be purchased externally: Imported steel plates take 10-15 days (delivery time varies greatly due to payment before material preparation and delivery); 120mm-180mm thick plates purchased from Quanzhou take approximately 3-5 days; plates thicker than 180mm take approximately 10-15 days (delivery time varies greatly due to payment before material preparation and delivery). Solid bricks and molds that can be CNC machined have shorter delivery times; hollow bricks and complex paving bricks and retaining walls have longer delivery times.
The delivery status of current orders affects the delivery time of new orders.
Customer requirements also affect delivery time: For example, for Zenit orders, hollow bricks are welded, and the pressing plates are CNC machined. Grinding and inspection according to Zenit standards will result in longer delivery times.
Customers with strict requirements (Russia, etc.) requiring inspection, rework, and grinding will also have longer delivery times.
Delivery time is primarily based on review; expedited orders with special requirements will be discussed separately.
