How many molding cycles does a mold typically need before burrs start to appear?

A:According to customer feedback, the number of molds typically reaches 20,000, but this does not affect usage.

What impact does using different types of steel to make a mold have on its lifespan? During training, it was mentioned that a mold could withstand 80,000 cycles; was this referring to domestic or German steel? What is the approximate theoretical lifespan of the same mold made from German, Chinese, and Harda steel sheets?

How long is our mold warranty? Our European counterparts like Kobra and China's Lefebvre all offer warranties. A customer asked if we could provide a warranty of 150,000 molds for hollow bricks.
