The customer believes that molds made by Turkish CNC are of higher quality than ours. How can we convince the customer that wire EDM is better (or that CNC-machined molds are inherently more precise and of higher quality than wire EDM molds)?

A: CNC machining has higher precision than wire EDM. You can request CNC machining when placing an order. We are also gradually reducing the number of molds we use for wire EDM.
