Do we conduct quality inspections on our molds before they leave the factory? What are the quality inspection standards?

A: Yes, we do. We currently have a factory standard.

Can you provide a reference price for standard molds to shorten the inquiry and quotation cycle? The production cost of standard molds is relatively fixed.

How are the net and gross weights of the mold calculated? Mold companies usually provide the weight of the mold plus the wooden pallet. When calculating the net weight, the weight of the wooden pallet needs to be deducted. Sometimes the weight of the wooden pallet is 30kg, and sometimes it's 15kg. Under what circumstances is the wooden pallet 30kg, and under what circumstances is it 15kg?
