What material are the moulds made of and how is their lifespan?

A: Our moulds are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel (Cr12, Cr12MoV, etc.) with professional heat treatment. They feature high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Under normal working conditions, one set of moulds can produce 80,000 to 150,000 blocks (lifespan depends on brick machine type, raw material formula, and maintenance).
