A:A:German and Chinese boards are suitable for all brick types. Watter 500 is used for 913 hollow bricks and some solid bricks. Watter 600 is used for some curb stones; currently, Hamder 500 is the primary choice.
A:A:Yield strength 345MPa; the flat hollow brick pressure plate is made of wear-resistant plate; ZN900CG with positioning groove; the position where POYATAS contacts the main unit is made of welded plate.
A:A:a) Pressure head hanging columns and guide columns are made of 45# steel. b) Foundation plate and panel: Q355B. c) The hollow brick suspension plate adopts a locking structure, and the panel is fixed with bolts; the material is welded steel plate. d) The paving brick pressure plate and formwork frame are made of Q355B (German steel plate can be selected for the formwork frame).
A:A:The inner frame of the mold (the forming part of the brick pattern) is generally made of Q355B steel plate, after carburizing heat treatment. The suspension plate is made of (Hardar 450 steel). The inner frame of the 913 mold is made of HD500 (Hardar 500 steel). The inner frame of some curb stones is made of HD600 (Hardar 600 steel). The hanging column of the pressure head is made of 45# steel. The support body of the vibratory static pressure machine is made of 40Cr. The inner frame of the paving brick can also be made of German 16MnCr5 material. Please specify whether you need Chinese or German plates when inquiring.
