A:A: Mold heat treatment technology uses a carburizing and quenching process. We fine-tune the control points during the process.
A:A: a) The mold is heat treated by carburizing and quenching to achieve the required hardness. b) A new process is currently being developed: carbonitriding followed by quenching.
A:A: Current heat treatment processes do not reflect this difference.
A:A: Because if the hardness is the same, wear will occur simultaneously. The lower platen hardness protects the mold frame, reducing the cost of replacing the platen. Also, after a period of use, the mold frame's internal cavity will expand. When replacing the platen, a larger platen can be used to eliminate burrs.
A: The current hardness standard (production standard: 58-62 HRC) has not been adjusted by German heat treatment furnace engineers. It depends on the material itself.
A:A: We use Hardox plate for the suspension plates of hollow bricks, which is suitable for every series. Some special-shaped suspension plates use 45cr tempered steel.
