Note: Final material selection, mold dimensions, cavity configuration, and machine compatibility are determined according to the customer's drawings and production requirements.
We select the appropriate alloy steel—or a combination of steel and fiberglass—based on the intended block type and production conditions.
We employ precision machining processes characterized by accurate cavity dimensions and consistent block geometry. We strictly control the dimensional and structural accuracy of the molds.
We are capable of designing and developing High Precision Green Building Block Mould based on customer-provided drawings, block samples, and specific application requirements. For example, we can produce molds for eco-friendly slope protection blocks; grass-paving bricks and permeable paving blocks; concrete landscape blocks; and custom-shaped eco-friendly blocks, among others.
Uses: Ecological slope protection blocks, concrete riverbank protection blocks. Commonly used for riverbanks, flood control embankments, and various water conservancy projects.
Uses: Grass pavers, permeable paving blocks, sidewalk blocks. Commonly used for urban sidewalks, plazas, parking lots, and pedestrian areas, where uniform dimensions and appropriate surface textures are required.
Applications: Garden paving blocks, tree pit blocks, flower bed blocks, and landscape wall blocks.
We can also customize blocks with non-standard shapes required for landscape projects, including product shapes, dimensions, and mold cavities.
Fujian QGM Mould Co., Ltd. (QGM Mould) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QGM (Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.).
Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, QGM specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of High Precision Green Building Block Mould.
QGM established its mould division in 2018, followed by the formal incorporation of Fujian QGM Mould Co., Ltd. in 2019.
We focus on the design, production, sales, and maintenance of moulds for brick-making machines.
The QGM Group operates through several international entities, including ZENITH (Germany), ZENITH Mold (Austria), and the joint venture Apollo Zenith (India).
We implement the 6S management system and strictly adhere to both the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
We calculate the number of cavities based on factors such as block dimensions, production pallet size, mold frame strength, required spacing, equipment vibration capacity, target production cycle output, and filling and demolding requirements.
Yes. Logos, product codes, patterns, chamfers, and surface textures can be incorporated as long as the design meets the requirements of the compaction and demolding processes.
If coarse aggregate is used in the concrete, extremely fine details may not be clearly visible in the finished product. We will evaluate these details prior to production.
Common causes include: excessively abrasive aggregate; inaccurate mold alignment; uneven concrete placement; excessive or improper vibration settings; damaged production pallets; inadequate mold cleaning; insufficient lubrication; and continuing production after mold inserts have worn beyond their limit.
The service life of the molds depends on the block design, raw materials, equipment settings, production intensity, steel configuration, and routine maintenance. We provide structural recommendations based on anticipated operating conditions rather than committing to a uniform service life figure.
In many cases, yes. If the main structure of the mold is still in acceptable condition, liners, inserts, or load-bearing components can be replaced. We will assess the feasibility of repair based on the location of wear, the degree of deformation, and dimensional requirements.
