The Quick Change Block Machine Mold features a centralized hydraulic locking mechanism and four precision-ground guide posts that guarantee alignment within 0.05 mm. Constructed from vacuum-degassed 40Cr steel, all wearing surfaces are induction-hardened to a depth of 2.5–3.0 mm, achieving a uniform surface hardness of 60 HRC. The interchangeable core system means that when a cavity eventually wears, only the insert needs replacement, not the entire mold frame.
