Operating & Compatibility Guidelines

  • Lubrication: Apply high-temperature lithium-complex grease to all guide pillars every 8 operating hours
  • Preheat requirement: Bring mold temperature to 40–60°C before starting cold weather production
  • Cleaning: Use dry compressed air only; avoid water jetting on hot surfaces to prevent thermal shock
  • Storage: Keep in a humidity-controlled environment (≤ 65% RH) with exposed surfaces coated in VCI protective film
  • Machine fit: Molds are pre-drilled to fit major press brands —please provide your press model and bed size during ordering
  • Bolt torque: Tighten M20 fasteners to 400 N·m in a cross pattern; retorque after first 50 cycles
