The equipment processes silica-rich materials, cement, lime, and aluminum powder through a controlled chemical reaction that forms millions of microscopic air cells. These cells give the material its lightweight character—typically one-fifth the weight of standard concrete—while preserving compressive strength values between 3 and 7 MPa depending on density class. The cutting frame achieves dimensional tolerances of ±1.5 mm, ensuring every block fits standard masonry courses without thick mortar joints.

The structural frame of each station uses domestically fabricated heavy steel sections, while key wear parts like mixer blades and cutting wires are sourced from European suppliers to extend service intervals. Steam curing cycles are optimized through a multi-stage temperature ramp, holding, and depressurization protocol that maximally develops tobermorite crystal formation, the primary strength-giving phase in AAC. With a technical team guiding installation and operator training on-site, manufacturers achieve full rated output within 10 to 12 weeks after commissioning. The output material supports diverse applications—load-bearing walls in low-rise structures, infill partitions in high-rises, and reinforced floor or roof panels when paired with the appropriate casting line module.
