The Clay brick machine mold is manufactured using forged alloy steel billets that undergo ultrasonic flaw detection before CNC machining. Critical surfaces receive a multi-layer treatment—gas nitriding followed by hard chrome plating—creating a surface that resists both abrasive erosion and corrosive clay chemicals. This engineering approach delivers a lifecycle that consistently exceeds 50,000 press cycles in standard configurations and surpasses 80,000 cycles in heavy-duty variants. The mold set includes self-lubricating bushings, adjustable side liners, and interchangeable core bars, allowing a single frame to produce multiple brick shapes with minimal re-tooling.
